Logistri has taken possession of two properties in Gothenburg and is updating its current earnings capacity

Logistri Fastighets AB (publ) ("Logistri") announces that the company has taken possession of two properties in Gothenburg on April 15. Logistri also communicates an updated current earnings capacity due to the now acquired properties. Profit from property management per share increased by 8% compared to the current earning capacity as of 1 January 2025 and amounted to SEK 12.7 (11.8) per share.

The properties that have been taken possession of are Göteborg Gamlestaden 74:2 and Härryda Solsten 1:137. The acquisitions have been financed with existing cash and senior bank debt. Logistri has expanded its banking relationships with another Swedish bank.

In the year-end report 2024, Logistri reported a current earning capacity, based on the property portfolio owned by the company as of January 1, 2025. After closing, the current earning capacity amounts to;

  • Revenues SEK 179.8 (158.9) million, an increase of 13%,
  • net operating income of SEK 166.0 (146.6) million, an increase corresponding to 13%,
  • profit from property management of SEK 93.2 (86.5) million, an increase corresponding to 8%
  • Profit from property management per share of SEK 12.7 (11.8), an increase of 8%
