Corporate governance

Logistris' shareholders control the company directly and indirectly through the decision-making systems that apply to the company and its operations. Corporate governance meets the requirements set out in the Companies Act, the Annual Accounts Act, Spotlight Stock Market's rules for issuers, the company's articles of association, good practice in the stock market and other applicable rules and recommendations and internal governance documents.

The internal governance documents primarily include the board's rules of procedure, instructions for the CEO, instructions for the nomination committee and instructions for financial reporting.
