Logistri is a Swedish public limited company and since 2017 listed on the Spotlight Stock Market. Logistri's corporate governance is regulated in Swedish legislation, external frameworks and internal rules and instructions. In addition to internal governing documents, Logistri's primary framework is the Spotlight Stock Market's regulations for issuers, the Market Abuse Ordinance, the Annual Accounts Act, IFRS and the EU Audit Ordinance, as well as good practice on the stock market.
