The Nomination Committee

The Nomination Committee of Logistri Fastighets AB (publ) for the 2027 Annual General Meeting was appointed in accordance with the principles adopted by the 2026 Annual General Meeting and comprises the following members:

• Sven-Erik Holmberg, representative of Solid Cap and Chair of the Nomination Committee

• Bile Daar, representative of Cidro förvaltning

• Mattias Ståhlgren
