Information on the processing of shareholders' personal data
As a shareholder in Logistri Fastighets AB ("Logistri"), Logistri processes personal data about you. We therefore want to inform you about our processing of your personal data and about what rights you have under data protection legislation. Euroclear Sweden AB ("Euroclear") is responsible for maintaining the share register in Logistri and is the data controller for the processing of personal data that occurs in connection with that assignment. What personal data is processed and for what purposes?
The personal data processed about you as a shareholder includes:
Name, social security number and contact information.
Information about your shareholding (number of shares and any listings/information that is linked to each shareholding by law, e.g. share class).
Information from any communication between you and Logistri, including information in board and general meeting minutes.
In connection with the general meeting, personal data is processed for registration, preparation of the voting list for the general meeting and, where applicable, minutes of the general meeting.
On what legal basis do we process your personal data?
Personal data is processed in order for Logistri to fulfill its legal obligations arising from law, including company, share, securities and tax legislation as well as Logistri's legitimate interest in holding the general meeting and administering other matters concerning the shareholders of the company.
We only process your personal data for the purpose for which the data was collected. If we need to process your personal data for any other purpose or for any purpose that requires your consent under data protection legislation, we will inform you of this purpose and obtain your consent in advance.
How long do we store your personal data?
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing, or for as long as Logistri is required to store it by law. When you cease to be a shareholder in Logistri, we will delete your data. As mentioned, however, certain data must be stored for a longer period of time by law, including company, share, securities and tax legislation.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
Your personal data may be disclosed to other companies within the Logistri Group or to third parties if required by law, other statutes or authority decisions. Certain personal data, such as names and information in board and general meeting minutes, may be published on Logistri's website.
Your rights
Logistri is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. You have the following rights against us:
Right of access (register extract) – a right to receive confirmation of and information about the processing of your personal data.
Right to rectification – a right to have incorrect data corrected.
Right to erasure – a right to have data deleted. This right is limited to data that may only be processed with your consent by law, if you withdraw your consent and object to the processing.
Right to restriction of processing – a right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, for example if you object to the accuracy of the data. While the accuracy is being investigated, our access to the data is limited.
Right to data portability – a right to request that personal data be transferred from one controller to another. This right is limited to data that you have provided to us yourself.
If you believe that our processing of your personal data is not in accordance with data protection legislation, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Data Protection Authority, which is the Swedish supervisory authority.
